Imran Shafi has charges dismissed in Class A drugs trial

Imran Shafi from Exchange Chambers, instructed by Shahid Choudhary of Middleweeks Solicitors, has successfully applied to dismiss all charges against the alleged head of a Conspiracy to Supply Class A drugs.

Following legal argument over five days, HHJ Lunt acceded to the defence submissions and ruled that the case against RR should be dismissed. The other five defendants in Operation Trouper had all previously pleaded guilty.
