Ian Whitehurst secures acquittal for defendant charged with serious firearms offences

Ian Whitehurst from Exchange Chambers, instructed by Brian Jackson & Co., has secured an acquittal for a client who was charged with a range of serious firearms charges.
After a three month trial at Liverpool Crown Court, the defendant was unanimously acquitted of all charges.
