Fiona Clancy represents Police Officer acquitted of allegation of Rape

Following a 6 day trial, a Greater Manchester Police Officer was unanimously acquitted of an allegation of Rape. He was represented by Fiona Clancy of Exchange Chambers.

The trial was prosecuted by King’s Counsel and involved expert medical evidence.
