Exchange members appointed to the Regulatory Board list of specialist advocates

Following the recent application process, five barristers from Exchange Chambers have been appointed or reappointed to the Regulatory Board’s list of specialist advocates.

Maintained on behalf of the Attorney-General, the Regulatory Board’s list is a register of approved specialist advocates qualified to prosecute cases for key public bodies, including the Health and Safety Executive, Environment Agency, Office of Rail and Road, Natural Resources Wales, the Care Quality Commission and the Office for Product Safety and Standards.

With the latest application process now concluded, Chris Stables has been reappointed to List A, while Kevin Slack and Ian Whitehurst have been promoted to List A.

Eddison Flint (List B) and Adam Brown (List C) have also been appointed to the Regulatory Board’s list for the first time.
