Exchange Chambers moves to 201 Deansgate, Manchester

Exchange Chambers has completed its move to new flagship premises in Manchester.

The multi-disciplinary set has relocated from Ralli Court, West Riverside to 201 Deansgate, a prominent commercial property in the heart of Manchester.   Exchange Chambers has signed a ten year lease for 10,000 sq ft on the top floor.  The accommodation also includes a board room and eight additional conference rooms.

Commenting on the move, Tom Handley, Director of Chambers at Exchange Chambers said:

The move to 201 Deansgate also enables Exchange Chambers to offer a range of flexible office accommodation options.

“Our accommodation includes traditional offices as well as open plan space and hot desking areas. Barristers from different practice areas have different requirements, depending on how much time they spend in Chambers and how much time they spend in court.  The layout of the office reflects this – and so do members’ contributions which we are keeping at a very competitive level.”
