Exchange Chambers hosts series of commercial fraud seminars

Over 150 delegates attended Exchange Chambers’ commercial fraud seminars in Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds last week.

The successful events, which were accredited with 3 CPD points, included presentations from members of Exchange Chambers’ commercial fraud team as well as role play based sessions.

Exchange Chambers’ barristers taking part in the seminars included Mark Cawson QC, Giles Maynard-Connor, Andrew Vinson, Stephen Connolly, Richard Tetlow, Carly Sandbach, Greg Plunkett, Steven Fennell and Anja Lansbergen-Mills.

Our commercial group team have experience in a wide range of areas, including claims involving breaches of fiduciary duty and trust, bribery, conspiracy, dishonest assistance and knowing receipt, false accounting, fraudulent trading, insurance fraud, transactions to defraud creditors and voidable transactions; together with all necessary procedures to facilitate the tracing and recovery of assets and other relief.
