Exchange Chambers barristers defend in film investment scheme prosecution

Barristers from Exchange Chambers are acting for a range of defendants charged with tax fraud following a multi-million pound film investment scheme.

In total, ten defendants are facing charges of conspiracy to cheat the revenue. An application to dismiss the charges will be at heard at Birmingham Crown Court on 24 April 2017.
