Exchange Chambers barristers appointed to Serious Fraud Office Panel

Nick Johnson QC, Andrew Haslam QC and Jane Greenhalgh from Exchange Chambers have been appointed to the Serious Fraud Office’s Panel of Counsel.
The SFO both investigates and prosecutes the most serious cases of economic crime and focuses on top-tier fraud, bribery and corruption.
SFO cases are complex and high profile, including Deferred Prosecution Agreements (DPAs) and international criminal investigations. Advocates work closely with the SFO’s case teams to advise and represent the SFO in court.
Nick Johnson QC and Andrew Haslam QC have been appointed to the SFO QC Prosecution Panel and Jane Greenhalgh to the C Panel of Counsel.
The appointments run from December 2020 to December 2024.
It has been a busy period of appointments for barristers from Exchange Chambers’ criminal department.
Following the recent application process, a record 64 barristers from Exchange were appointed to the CPS’ 2020-2024 Advocate Panel for General Crime. Exchange also has a range of barristers on the CPS’ RASSO and Specialist Panels covering Serious Crime, Fraud, POCA, Counter Terrorism and Regulatory.
