Exchange Chambers barristers appointed to assist Sir Brian Leveson PC

A team of barristers from Exchange Chambers have been appointed to assist Sir Brian Leveson PC in providing independent oversight of online fashion retailer boohoo’s Agenda for Change programme, which focuses on the company’s supply chain and its business practices.

The Exchange Chambers team comprises Louis Browne QC, Chris Tehrani QC, Steven Fennell, Alfie Weiss, David Temkin and Nicola Daley.

On 26 November 2020, boohoo announced the appointment of Sir Brian Leveson PC to provide independent oversight of its Agenda for Change programme.

In line with boohoo’s ongoing commitment to transparency, Sir Brian Leveson’s first report was published on Thursday 14 January 2021.  The report acknowledged the pace with which boohoo is making towards effecting change.
