Emma Bennett instructed to prosecute £150,000 fraud

Emma Bennett has been instructed by Sheffield CPS to prosecute £150,000 fraud by false representation.  The alleged fraud relates to a breach of trust granted to a family member through a power of attorney.  The trial is due to take place in May 2015.
