Eddy Steele secures not guilty verdict for Company Director after two-month 10-handed Environment Agency trial

Eddy Steele from Exchange Chambers, instructed by Nick Melville of Quinn Melville Solicitors, has secured an acquittal for a company director relating to alleged breaches of Environmental Permitting Regulations.

Eddy’s client was found not guilty after a two-month, ten-handed trial at Telford Nightingale Crown Court.

In the coming months, Eddy has more trial listings defending company directors at Crown Court trials.

Eddy is a regulatory specialist from his time as a solicitor, where he used to work for one of the largest global business law firms.  He is currently instructed in a number of regulatory defence cases, inquest proceedings and professional disciplinary hearings.
