Dr Kevin Naylor secures £1.65 million settlement for 61-year-old claimant

Dr Kevin Naylor has secured a settlement of £1.65 million for a 61-year-old Claimant.

The claim concerned the negligent delay in the diagnosis and treatment of an acoustic neuroma, following a negligently reported MRI scan. With timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment, the Claimant would have been cured, save for some slight loss of hearing. He now suffers disabling dizziness with globalised unsteadiness, hearing loss and fibromyalgia. He is unable to work and requires a significant level of care.
