Death by Careless driver spared jail

Oliver Jarvis defends in tragic Death by Careless case in North Wales.

The defendant, who pleaded guilty, avoided prison following a Sentence Hearing at Mold Crown Court. The defendant had pulled out of a junction into the path of an oncoming motorcyclist causing a fatal collision. He received a suspended sentence of imprisonment. See press report here.
