David Toal secures acquittal for serving police officer

David Toal from Exchange Chambers acted for a serving Police Officer charged with a number of data protection offences relating to her alleged misuse of the Merseyside Police computer system whilst she was on duty.
The offences were said to have been committed over a lengthy period of time. Following a trial at Preston Magistrates Court, the Police Officer was cleared of all charges.
