David Sandiford secures high value damages in a Functional Neurological Disorder claim

David Sandford from Exchange Chambers, instructed by Rachel McKenna of Aegis Legal Solicitors, Knutsford, has secured a high value settlement for a claimant suffering from Functional Neurological Disorder.

The claimant suffered an assault in the course of her employment and sued her employer. The claimant went on to develop a snowballing constellation of symptoms including non-epileptic seizures, dysarthric speech, loss of mobility and urological problems.

Two of the leading neurologists in the field were instructed in the case.
