David Sandiford appears in the first Pre Inquest Review for the Inquests arising out of the quadruple murders in Killamarsh

On 18th April 2023, HM Coroner Nieto held the first Pre-Inquest Review hearing of the Inquests into the deaths of Terri Harris, her two children, John Paul and Lacey and Lacey’s eleven-year-old friend, Connie Gent who were murdered by Damien Bendall. The Inquests are expected to be heard over a period of approximately 3 weeks. David Sandiford is instructed by the MOJ.
