Daniel Prowse appointed as Recorder

We are delighted to announce that the Queen has appointed Daniel Prowse from Exchange Chambers as a Recorder on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP, and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, The Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon. The appointment will take effect from 09 December 2019.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed Mr Prowse to the Northern Circuit where he will sit in Family.
Daniel has a wealth of experience across the range of courts and tribunals. His practice encompasses all aspects of serious crime and he is regularly instructed in cases of serious violence, sexual offences, firearms, drugs and fraud.
