Court of Appeal Success for Eddison Flint

Last week Eddison Flint from Exchange Chambers successfully overturned an immediate sentence of imprisonment at the Court of Appeal securing his client’s immediate release from custody.

The client had received an immediate sentence of imprisonment for an offence of indecent images, however Eddison successfully managed to argue that the sentence should have been suspended, the justices of the Court of Appeal agreed.

Eddison also managed to remove onerous requirements from the client’s sexual harm prevention order.
