Competition Law seminars in Manchester and Liverpool

Exchange Chambers hosted two Competition Law seminars last week.

Speaking at the events in Manchester and Liverpool, David Went, Competition and EU Law Specialist at Exchange Chambers, provided an update on competition litigation in the UK following the introduction of the collective proceedings and fast-track regimes before the Competition Appeal Tribunal (“CAT”) in October 2015.   The seminars also assessed the impact of Brexit on competition litigation before the UK courts.
