Chris Richards successfully prosecutes two men for causing GBH with intent

Chris Richards from Exchange Chambers has successfully prosecuted two men for causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Carlisle Crown Court heard how Neil Johnson, 43, and Kenny Stilgoe, 30, left victim Callum Marrs with multiple fractures and a bleed on the brain after an assault on Christmas day.
Neil Johnson and Kenny Stilgoe received 10-year prison sentences after being convicted unanimously by a jury.
