Benjamin Myers QC successfully defends against historic abuse allegations

Exchange Chambers silk, Benjamin Myers QC, has secured the acquittal of a man faced with charges of sexual and physical assault after a trial into historic abuse allegations.

The man, who had never been in trouble with the police before, had been confronted with allegations of abuse from over 20 years ago. The jury found him not guilty on all charges.
