£2.2 million settlement for Will Waldron QC and Pankaj Madan
April 28, 2016
Will Waldron QC and Pankaj Madan of Exchange Chambers have recently secured a settlement of around £2.2 million at JSM for a catastrophically injured Claimant in his late 50’s.
The Claimant had been substantially brain damaged, profoundly affecting his speech. He also suffered upper and lower limb injuries which affected his mobility. The accident had sadly occurred whilst he was out riding his motor-bike.
Pankaj Madan said: “This was an extremely brave Claimant who will now have the security he needs for the future thanks to the £2.2 million settlement. The defendant insurers funded rehabilitation and their Solicitors worked with us in a truly collaborative way. The way it should be.”
Will Waldron travels the country handling catastrophic injury claims of complexity and high value and has a particular expertise in brain, spine and amputee cases.
