Bill Braithwaite QC and Chris Barnes acted for L, a 21 year woman who suffered a severe spinal injury in a road traffic accident in February 2015, to secure a £13.25 million settlement..
She was rendered tetraplegic and will remain heavily dependent on others for the rest of her life.
The claim settled at a Joint Settlement Meeting for £13.25 million. They were instructed by Darren Hughes of Slater & Gordon Solicitors.
